SHIPPING
All orders made through the Shop Whenever website shall be limited to our terms and conditions. We normally ship orders within 48hrs after receipt of cleared payment for the order unless otherwise stated in the product availability section at the bottom of product description. No item shall be sent until the payment has cleared.
In the rare situation that we don't have stock of the ordered product, we will contact the customer and make an order for the product with our suppliers. This can take about 2 weeks. If we can't deliver we will communicate with the buyer to find an alternative product or to cancel or refund the order.
Shipping will be done through Internet Express for a flat fee of R110.00 unless otherwise stated.
Small and inexpensive orders have an option of being sent through the South African Post Office Econo Parcel service delivery to any post office counter in South Africa for a fee of R35.00. .
WARRANTY
All the products supplied through Shop Whenever come with a standard manufacture warranty. Warranty is normally one year unless otherwise stated in the product description page. The warranty is subject to our standard terms and conditions.
Should a fault arise with any item, the item must be returned to Shop Whenever.
In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead On Arrival), the item must be returned and this shall be swapped out with a brand new product.
REFUNDS/RETURNS
Should the user, for any reason, wish to cancel their purchase they will be liable for a 15% handling fee. Users must advise Shop Whenever in writing of their cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. Should users wish to return a purchase, please Contact Us first before returning the product. Once a product has been approved for return, the user will have 7 days in which to send the product back to us.
Shop Whenever shall only accept returns within 7 days of receipt of delivery, provided the product is in its mint and original packaging and in the same condition as when received. If the goods and packaging are not in mint condition, they will be returned to the customer at the expense of the customer.
Defective items may only be returned for refund or replacement subject to the following restrictions:
All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
Software and consumables are non-refundable unless returned unopened in their original packaging with documentation.
All promotional/custom/special orders may not be cancelled, and can only be returned for repair.
All non product related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are not refundable.
If unopened goods are returned within 7 days, you will receive a refund excluding transport costs.
All guarantees/warranties are immediately null and void should any equipment be tampered with or should the seals on equipment be broken by anyone other than the manufacturer's representative or should the goods be operated outside the Manufacturer's specifications.
Under no circumstances will Shop Whenever be responsible for any damage arising from any misuse or abuse of goods. Please make sure you check the compatibility of the products before purchasing them as we will not be responsible for incompatible products purchased.
